Future Dated Hires Provisioning from SF EC/Onboarding to Azure AD / Onprem AD

There is a standard solution to provision/replicate worker/employee data from SAP SuccessFactors to Azure AD/Onprem AD.  We have recently implemented this solution and it was a  huge success except future dated hires which comes from Onboarding to SF EC and then flow to Azure AD.  We need to setup additional RBP for the API user which hits the SF EC to over these issues.
