On the other hand, a Level 2 process security event (PSE Tier 2) is also a LOPC, but with less consequences. These classifications are used to report unplanned or uncontrolled events.A Tier 1 Process Safety Event (T-1 PSE) is a loss of primary containment (LOPC) with the greatest consequence as defined by API RP754. A T-1 PSE is an unplanned or uncontrolled release of any material, including non-toxic and non-flammable materials1 (e.g. steam, hot water, nitrogen, compressed CO2, or compressed air), from a process that results in one or more of the consequencesThe question is : Can PSE Tier1&2 be added to incident management because we need it in dashboard ? the bast regard
