Attribute-based access control in SAP Signavio Process Insights

SAP Signavio Process Insights Attribute-based access management is now general availability (GA) in all regions.

This is enabling you to limit access for your users to combinations of companies ?, plants ? and sales organization ? values in addition to the already existing system-based and functional access control. Here is a quick demo:

The new Create Policy” option is available for SAP on-premise source systems and allows you to configure access not only at system level, but also based on organizational attributes and their values from connected source systems.

If you already have any systems connected for which system access is restricted to specific users, system-specific authorization policies named All Attribute Values” are available automatically for each system. These authorization policies allow full access to all data for the previously specified users in the same way as before.
