Need to add F4 help to fields created using Screen Exit

Hi all, 

For CO02 transaction added 3 custom fields using SCREEN-EXIT. Now for each field I need F4 help, when I tried to assign F4 help using F4IF_INT_TABLE_ON_VALUE_REQUEST not able to get values on screen. 

Is these any other steps I need to follow to add F4 help to field created using screen exit
