Proposed Architecture for File Transfer into SAP Private Cloud

In the SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud environment, direct server access is unavailable, requiring a secure and efficient architecture to transfer files from external sources. This document outlines the proposed approaches, considerations, and typical scenarios.

Chosen Solution: File Server and SFTP Integration

To address the limitation, the following architecture is proposed:

File Server Setup: Deploy a file server with a directory mapped to the SAP server using Samba.SFTP Transfer: Utilize SFTP to securely transfer files from external systems to the file server directory.
