Scientists just identified this awesome deep sea creature…
It’s a sea slug! But that’s weird, because it looks NOTHING like most other sea slugs we know…
In recent years, remotely operated deep sea vehicles have gotten a lot better – cameras, navigation, sensors, automation – allowing us to get enough data to finally classify this slug. And this sea slug is just one of more than 250 species discovered in the depths with the help of these new tools.
