For a SAP RISE project, SAP Cloud ALM offers many accelerators that you can use out of the box to set up your project. In this blog post I would like to describe how to get started.
1. Create a Project by using SAP Activate Roadmap
Choose the SAP Activate Roadmap “RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition – Implementation”
2. Create a Scope and choose the Solution Scenarios
Create a Scope and choose the relevant Solution Scenarios
3. Review the proposed roadmap tasks
Check the standard tasks, create additional ones or delete unnecessary ones
4. Review the Quality Gates
Check the predefined Quality Gates and schedule them for the right timeboxCreate additional Quality Qates with Checklists
5. Additional functionalities
Use other desired functions such as Requirements Management, Test Management, Release Management, etc.
