Career Site Builder (Recruiting Marketing) License Confirmation

In one of the Career Site Builder (Recruiting Marketing) implementation projects, Customer has recently renewed the Recruiting License. However, Customer was not aware if the license renewal included both Recruiting and Career Site Builder (Recruiting Management and Recruiting Marketing).

In this situation, the first point of contact should be Customer SAP Account Manager.

The SAP Account Manager can confirm the software license renewal and provide the tenant (preview and prod) related information for activation.

The Implementation Consultant can also verify the availability of licenses from SAP For Me.

Navigate to Reporting > License Consumption

You will be able to see the Subscribed Licenses against Recruiting Marketing line item.

Formerly, customers had to procure Recruiting Marketing licenses separately. However, SAP has bundled Recruiting Management and Career Site Builder in a single license purchase.
