​ Saalfelden Leogang – Salzburgerland and the WHOOP UCI Mountain Bike World Series have signed a landmark long-term agreement, securing top-tier off-road racing in Austria’s largest bike region, Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn, through to 2030. A staple of the UCI World Cup circuit since 2010, the Epic Bikepark Leogang has hosted unforgettable moments in Cross-country and Downhill, making it a favourite among fans and riders. This season, it welcomes a WHOOP UCI Mountain Bike World Series round (June 5-8), featuring three UCI World Cup disciplines—Cross-country, Downhill, and Enduro—over four action-packed days. Looking ahead, the region will once again take centre stage for the 2028 UCI Mountain Bike World Championships from August 30 to September 3.

The WHOOP UCI Mountain Bike World Series unites mountain bike’s major formats under a single brand for the first time. The new WHOOP UCI Mountain Bike World Series includes the UCI Mountain Bike World Cup for Cross-country Olympic (XCO), Cross-country Short Track (XCC), Cross-country Marathon (XCM), Downhill (DHI), Enduro (EDR) and E-enduro (E-EDR).
Comprehensive coverage from the races captures the excitement through exclusive interviews, analysis, reactions and event highlights.
