SAP Business Transformation Management Value Map, along with the SAP LeanIX Academy team, is excited to announce we have released our E-Learning sessions for SAP LeanIX Application Ownership Model.  This E-Learnings is hosted on the SAP Enterprise Support Academy.

What the sessions is about:

Learn how to implement a proper application ownership model.  This micro-learning course enables you to better understand who the responsible parties are, how to identify them, and what options are available to get the relevant data into SAP LeanIX

 What are the session goals?

Understand what an application ownership model isUnderstand the concept of application ownershipUnderstand the role and related tasks of an application ownerUnderstand the two different personas: application business owner and application technology owner (IT)Learn how to identify owners and add them to the workspace
