Preview of OpenText VIM documents will be disabled in SAP S/4HANA, both via GUI as well as via Fiori app if secure HTTPS connectivity is not enabled between both the applications.
This issue can be resolved by enabling SSL/TLS connectivity between the S/4HANA system and Opentext Webviewer server in two steps –
a) HTTPS enablement on the OpenText Webviewer server by deploying a TLS certificate.
b) Setting up SAP S/4HANA system to communicate with the OpenText WebViewer server specifically over HTTPS protocol
