Help Shape the SAP Signavio Experience — Join the SAP User Research Panel

Estimated read time 5 min read

At SAP Signavio, we care about the voice of our customers. Our products are constantly evolving, and some of the most meaningful improvements come from listening to how real users interact with the tools in their daily work.

If you use SAP Signavio solutions in your daily work, we want to invite you to join the SAP User Research Panel — a global research program that connects you directly with our product and design teams to help shape what comes next.

Why Join?

You’re the expert in how you work. Our job is to build tools that fit that reality — not the other way around.

As part of the SAP User Research Panel, you can get invited to participate in short, focused research studies. They could be a 1:1 interview about a specific topic, providing feedback on a new idea or design, or answering quick questions in a survey format. In some cases, you’ll be among the first to see early design concepts or new features before they’re released.

Your input helps us to:

Understand the full context of your daily workValidate ideas before they’re developedCatch product or design issues early onBuild a better experience based on real user behavior

What’s in it for You?

You’re in control: participation is completely voluntary, and you can choose the studies that work best for your time and interests. We also make sure you don’t hear from us too often as invites only go out for specific studies and target specific profiles. The opportunity to partner with SAP Signavio product and design teams to influence the design of new features and workflowsEarly previews of concepts, prototypes, and future capabilitiesFlexible, lightweight participation — studies typically take just 30–60 minutes and can be done remotelyA better product experience for you and your teamYour personal data is protected: we do not collect any sensitive information about you and work with data in an anonymized format.

And because collaboration drives better outcomes, invite your colleagues who use SAP Signavio to join the panel as well. The more perspectives we hear, the better the product becomes for everyone.

You don’t need to be a product expert — just someone who knows the reality of day-to-day work. That’s exactly the insight we’re looking for.
