In August 2024, we introduced the first version of the AI-assisted process recommender, designed to simplify access to process model best practices. Allowing users to ask questions like “what is the best practice for credit management in SAP S/4HANA?” this initial release drew recommendations from a database of over 5000 SAP best practices. With the April release, we are expanding this foundation. The new version of the AI-assisted process recommender now includes, beyond SAP best practices, recommendations from process models within your own workspace. You can simply ask for recommendations in conversational language—for example, “Find Order to Cash process models”—and specify whether you want results from your SAP Signavio workspace, SAP best practices, or both. You will gain immediate access to the most suitable process model options, which you can further edit and perfect. This helps saving exploration time and effort, and move quickly to the design phase as the recommender scans thousands of options in seconds, presenting the best ones for your specific needs.

Joule – Early Adopter Care Program: new Joule skills
Joule, the SAP AI co-pilot infused with agents, is fully integrated into SAP Signavio since November 2024 and is currently being tested by SAP Signavio customers through a dedicated SAP Early Adopter Care Program. With the April 2025 release, new use cases have been added, empowering early adopters to accomplish even more daily tasks using Joule. These include, for example, the ability to convert a diagram into a process description, as well as to ask Joule process-related questions such as “what triggers the process?” and “who is the process owner?”.
