​ We’re so excited to finally visit the @epicfamilyroadtrip Island!
During the shoulder season, the Van Stralen family uses a fan boat to navigate through ice and patches of open water—it definitely adds a layer of adventure to their commute!
Once we all made it to the island, Carol and Peter prepared an amazing beef short rib dinner, which was a welcome sight after a week on the road.
Next up: We need to catch a ferry to Newfoundland!
