Xiaomi is currently working on a new phone that will allegedly be powered by Qualcomm’s recently unveiled Snapdragon 8s Gen 4. The Redmi sub-brand has already used it in the Turbo 4 Pro, but now it’s the main Xiaomi brand’s turn, it seems.
The chipset will be powering the Civi 5 Pro, which will be the successor to the Civi 4 Pro that launched in March of last year. Thus, it might be arriving pretty soon. The Civi 5 Pro has now been spotted in the Geekbench database, which is how we know what SoC it rocks.
