Looking ahead, the SAP Document AI promises to simplify business document processing throughout SAP Business Suite through new, diverse and value-adding integration scenarios. For this purpose we plan to introduce the Premium Plus edition later this year. This edition harnesses the power of the latest generative AI technology, provides multi language support, offers turn-key integrations for enriched processing capabilities, instant learning capabilities, and harmonized experience across SAP’s portfolio.
As part of the upcoming 2508 release of SAP Cloud ERP Public, the Premium Plus capabilities will enhance document efficiency with following embedded scenarios:
Quality Management: Automate the processing of incoming Supplier Quality Certificates to ensure quality compliance quickly and accurately.Order Management: Expedite sales operations with automatic extraction of sales orders from documents in a variety of languages.Inventory Management: Streamline inventory management by extracting key data from delivery notes for seamless tracking.
Users will benefit from end-to-end document processing automation, beginning with document ingestion, through AI processing, and culminating in matching with corresponding business objects within SAP Cloud ERP. All scenarios are also planned to be ported to the private edition soon [1].
