Generative AI is a force multiplier for developers, but it mostly focuses on new code. What about the billions of lines of existing code that need modernization? In this session, you will learn techniques for managing large codebases with a combination of accurate code data, determinism, and AI models working together. You’ll see how we can use OpenRewrite from Moderne and an AI agent for a range of modernization tasks including the migration of compute, database, and CI to Azure, SQL, and GitHub Actions.
