Neil’s been doing some sleuthing on Instagram and reckons that not a single E-Enduro World Cup was won on flat pedals, which is counter to the argument that ‘flat pedals win medals’, which you’ll often hear about Enduro and Downhill online. Since those ebike races were often won on the power stages, maybe it’s all down to technical climbing rather than descending. So, what’s better for these steppy, rooty, difficult climbs… clips or flats?
