Multi-modal RAG Proof of Concept: facilitating tech support

As the applicability of generative AI in different use cases is being tested and researched every day at SAP, many new approaches are implemented to be proven possible and reliable. This blog outlines how a multi-modal RAG approach was successfully implemented as part of a proof-of-concept (PoC) project for one of SAPs customers, therefore fulfilling the reoccurring customer need for an AI assistant with the ability to interpret image content.
