Brimming with big swoopy berms, sharkfins and low-risk tabletops, Big Dog’s Bone is a trail that riders of all skill levels will finish with sore cheeks from smiling so big.
The 1.6km blue descent gets its name because someone on the project crew crashed on a test run and broke a couple of ribs in the process. But don’t let the story behind the trail’s name deter you, this is one mile of progressive features that grow in size as you work your way down.
There are no gaps or forced A-Lines, and everything is rollable and approachable for riders of all levels to increase their confidence and earn their wings. It’s definitely worth a sighting run to get your eye in.
