Microsoft SharePoint integration workflow action – maintenance of files
Ensure seamless document governance and compliance with our new Microsoft SharePoint integration. This feature enables automated, template-based actions to move or delete files within your governance workflows. It simplifies document handling, reduces manual efforts and human error, improves consistency, and ensures secure and compliant management and maintenance of documents within your governance workflow.

Action interface: SAP Cloud ALM solution integration action
Accelerate your process and implementation lifecycle by automatically synchronizing approved process model revisions from SAP Signavio solutions to SAP Cloud ALM. This reduces manual effort, enhances data consistency, and allows you to configure synchronization based on relevant statuses, bringing greater control and efficiency to process governance while reducing manual effort.

Migrating connector credentials to the credential store
We’re also enhancing security and compliance by automatically migrating connector credentials to the secure credential store. This feature eliminates the need for manual credential management, reduces risk, and ensures credentials are stored safely and in alignment with your security and compliance requirements.
Workflow access governance reports
Empower your users with self-service reporting. With the new access governance report feature, users can independently generate and export data, reducing reliance on support and reducing wait times. To ensure compliance and protect sensitive information, each export request follows the “four-eye principle”, requiring approval from an organizational administrator to ensure sensitive data is handled responsibly and in accordance with you company policies and security standards.
