The new Objectives feature in SAP Signavio Process Transformation Manager empowers you to define business objectives that reflect your strategic priorities and directly connect them to your transformation initiatives. You are now able to demonstrate strategic alignment and track the impact of your efforts at every stage, ensuring every initiative contributes to measurable business value.

Automatically Extracting Data from SAP Signavio Process Insights for Benchmarking Analytics
Say goodbye to manual data entry! With this release, key process performance indicator (PPI) values from SAP Signavio Process Insights are now automatically retrieved and updated in Benchmarking Analytics in SAP Signavio Process Transformation Manager. This eliminates manual data handling, improves data accuracy and ensures your benchmarking and decision-making are always based on the most current insights.

Redesigned comments with rich text support
Enhancing collaboration and communication has never been easier with SAP Signavio’s newly redesigned commenting interface, now featuring rich text support. This scalable solution spans across the Suite, offering users the ability to articulate clearer, more structured feedback through advanced formatting options. By ensuring consistency in communication, this upgrade fosters a unified experience across SAP Signavio products and empowers teams to engage in more productive discussions, ultimately driving effective collaboration and informed decision-making.
AI-assisted role-based process overview (beta program*)
Simply provide your job details, and our role-based process overview capability will suggest roles from your dictionary. Choose the role that best describes your activity, and the capability will automatically display everything relevant to your role in one place, including processes, documents, IT systems, and activities.
The feature provides a personalized experience as users see content relevant to their roles, avoiding the risk of missing important information. It saves time by eliminating manual searches or filtering, allowing users to quickly access the information they need. It also minimizes administrative tasks by reducing manual configuration of role-specific views and access paths.
