IMPLEMENTATION UPDATES
1. Enhanced Defect Management in Features App
You can now directly assign and unassign defects to features that are in the “In Implementation” or “In Testing” status within the Features app.

2. Master Your Timeline: Custom milestones, sprints, and phases
Discover our latest update for task management and start defining Timelines. In the Guided Implementation app, you can now create and edit milestones, sprints, and phases to get your projects streamlined with greater precision and ease.
3. Streamlined Test Preparation with Country/Region Filters for Diagrams
When creating a test case, you can now see the countries/regions for which the available solution process flow diagrams are relevant. This helps you choose exactly the right country/region diagram version for which the test case should be created.

4. Enhanced Side Panel Feature in Solution Process Traceability App
The newly introduced side panel feature in the Solution Process Traceability app consolidates information from popovers into a dynamic table format. This improvement provides a seamless and uniform user experience across various applications. With this update, you can now effortlessly access information and tailor the table display settings to minimize irrelevant data.
5. Simplify Component Selection for New Solutions in Process Authoring App
When creating a new solution process, you can assign it to one or more solution components. To help you quickly find the desired component, the selection screen now features a filter section alongside the search option. This allows you to filter by Type, Deployment Unit, and Deployment Type, making it unnecessary to browse the entire list. Additionally, you can sort the table by various columns or choose to hide the filter area entirely if it’s not required. A field at the bottom of the dialog box displays the currently selected solution components.
6. Enriched Configurations Management for Solution Activities
When you call up the details for a solution activity in the Solution Activities list within Process Authoring, you now can see any Configurations that are assigned to it, along with their IDs and respective categories. Furthermore, after entering Edit mode, you can now also Assign and Unassign configurations for the selected solution activity directly within this list.
Note
The name of the configuration is an active link that allows you to call up its details directly in the Libraries app.

7. New Anomaly Detection Feature for Message Processing
You can now create events based on anomalies in message processing volume for a system over a specified period. Define anomalies and set up event actions to address potential issues proactively. This feature allows users to configure warning and critical limits for message volume, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

8. Custom KPIs for ABAP-based Components in Business Process Monitoring
You can now create custom KPIs for components based on ABAP, such as:
SAP Business Suite 7SAP S/4HANASAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition
Prerequisite: You’ve implemented ST-PI version 7.40 SP31 and activated business process monitoring and the data collection.

9. Expanded Download Options for Change Analysis
The Changes page now offers enhanced flexibility for downloading entries from the System and Changes in Time Frame Selection table. You can choose from the following options:
Download Table: Export the entries from the System and Changes in Time Frame Selection table.Download Table with Changed Items: Export the entries along with detailed information about all changes made to individual items. Selecting this option will download a separate file for each system, including data on all changed items within the system.
10. Contractual Maintenance Window Events in Business Service Management
You can now receive Contractual Maintenance Window events in the Business Service Management app. These events are generated by SAP and can be viewed in the private cloud workspace within SAP for Me and in the Event Calendar. They typically serve as placeholders for potential maintenance or downtime events.
