Writing this blog after solving my issue which I got unexpected.
Requirement:
I developed one UI Integration Card in SAP Business Application Studio (BAS) and I was able to the Preview of the card in the BAS which is getting data based on Stanadard Odata services from S/4HANA.
After that I Packaged the UI Integration Card in Content Package and imported in the SAP Build Work Zone, Standard Edition and I was able to access the card in my site.
Error Details:
But suddenly effective from 25th July 2025, I got the below Error (PFA the error for same):
Destination “ecqrtcard” could not be resolved.
No technical destination found. Content Channel ID: “ovps”. Please contact your administrator.
suddenly starting from 25th July 2025, I was getting above error. It might be becuase of SAP did some update in Standard Destination Configuraiton in BTP because earlier to 25ht July my card was working without error.
I raised the quesiton in the community but no one replied there, below is the link for my question where I only answered to my question:
Solution:
After reading lot of blog I was not able to find the solution then raised with SAP Support. They replied back with the following document:
So here is the solution of the issue. We need to configure the Alias in the Content Package coniguration also in the Work Zone, PFA the below Screen shot of the configuration:
1 – Map Aliases Configuration in Content Package for UI Integration Card.jpg
3 – Map Aliases Configuration in Content Package for UI Integration Card.jpg
4 – Map Aliases Configuration in Content Package for UI Integration Card.jpg
5 – Map Aliases Configuration in Content Package for UI Integration Card.jpg
After this configuraiton we need to refresh the site it will work (PFA the Screen shot “UI Card Access in BWZ, Standard Edition“.
Hope this will help community to fix the issue.
Summary:
We need to get the alert from SAP if they are doing any patch update in the btp service and same reply I got over the Incident from SAP Team. After every patch we need to do end to end testing of our application to avoid any issue.
Conclusion:
So the final conclusion is that We need to map the aliases in each and every content package which we are creating in the Build Work Zone and need to test the application if we get any alert from SAP Team for patch update in SAP BTP Services.
