This fifth post in my series gives an overview of latest UX innovations in SAP Ariba and SAP Fieldglass, products for managing your spend (procurement) and external workforce. For SAP Ariba: Joule is now available for selected products, on-boarding guidance is provided by WalkMe, and we have some additional AI-assistance in SAP Ariba Category Management, amongst other enhancements. For SAP Fieldglass, Joule is now available too, and the SOW (Statement of Work) dashboard can now be adapted per user role, ensuring that users see what fits best for them. Also, you can now use generative AI for importing SOWs from documents.
