For those of you who *don’t* want to download the Docker version of ABAP Cloud Developer Trial, we also provide a hosted appliance template, SAP ABAP Platform, Developer Edition, on SAP Cloud Appliance Library (CAL). The ABAP Platform part of this is free, but you still have to pay for the IaaS resources (AWS / ARM / GCP). As some of you have pointed out, the resources allocated are relatively large: 256 GB RAM, 32 cores.
You’re right of course. So we’re now offering a much smaller version: 64 GB RAM, 10 cores.
