Consuming on-Premise Service in CAP Project – Error “Failed to load destination” after deployment

Hi All,

I am trying to consume an on-premise service in the CAP project using the destination. My SAP BTP Subaccount is connected to on-premise system via Cloud Connector.

In my existing CAP project, I have added the External Service (on-premise) by following steps as –> Service Center > Select Provider as ‘SAP SYSTEM’ > Catalog of Services as <my on-premise system> > Selected the service that I want > Selected the Entity that I wanted to add in my existing CAP project.

When I run the application locally using environment variables, it works fine. However, after deployment, I am getting the following error :

502</code>

<message>Error during request to remote service: Failed to load destination.

Please guide me on how I can achieve this.
