The SAP ALM Summit EMEA 2025 is set to take place in the vibrant city of Darmstadt, Germany, from October 20th to 23rd. Expect this year’s summit to be a highly focused event with new session formats, shorter event duration and an all-new location designed to engage and inspire our attendees.

The summit will be held at the darmstadtium congress center, a unique venue in Darmstadt, Germany, that combines science and architecture in a remarkable way. Fun Fact: The science and congress centre takes its name from the element darmstadtium (Ds, 110), which was discovered at the GSI Helmholtz Centre for Heavy Ion Research in Darmstadt in 1994. The eco-friendly venue is easily accessible by public transportation, with the main railway station and city center just a short walk away. With its modern architecture and advanced technology, it provides the perfect setting for insightful learning and networking opportunities.

The event will kick off with a pre-opening welcome reception on Monday, October 20th, where attendees get the chance to pick up their badge early and avoid the queue on Tuesday morning. It is the perfect opportunity to network already with colleagues, SAP experts, and the ALM family & friends in a relaxed atmosphere, while enjoying delicious beverages and finger food.

The agenda for the summit has been completely renewed, with each day featuring a different keynote focused on the ALM strategy, innovation and adoption. Moreover, the summit will feature a Guest Keynote and five Partner Keynotes, followed by two Expert Panels, offering insights from industry leaders and SAP experts.

Running parallel to the keynote sessions, attendees can visit the SAP Booth, where SAP Cloud ALM Clinics will be available all three days, providing attendees with the opportunity to engage with experts and gain hands-on experience with SAP’s ALM tools. In total, the SAP Demo Booth will host 16 demo sessions, covering a wide range of topics such as Interface Management, AI-driven scenarios in SAP Cloud ALM, Risk Management, Clean Core compliance, regulated environments, and the SAP Readiness Check for SAP Cloud ALM. Attendees can also explore analytics monitoring dashboards powered by SAP Joule and learn about the importance of clean core and clean data for business growth.

For those interested in the SAP Integrated Toolchain, the exclusive Integrated Toolchain Demo Booth will showcase 24 demos focusing on SAP LeanIX, SAP Signavio, and SAP Cloud ALM, where attendees can gain a deeper understanding of how these tools work together and how to streamline and optimize their ALM processes.

 Agenda of Day 1

The ALM Summit EMEA offers also an exciting opportunity for attendees to gain hands-on experience with SAP Cloud ALM functionalities through six dedicated sessions. These sessions, led by subject matter experts, will guide participants through various tasks using their own devices, providing a more immersive and practical learning experience. The hands-on sessions will be held on the first and second days of the event and cover a range of topics, including migrating content from SAP Solution Manager to SAP Cloud ALM, building a proof-of-concept for manual testing, navigating transformations with the integrated toolchain and more. However, it is essential to note that attendees must register for these sessions via the event app, and there are limited seats available for each session. To ensure a spot in the desired hands-on sessions, attendees are encouraged to check the agenda in the event app and register themselves as soon as possible. Please follow the link to the event app.

Additionally, a Usability Test Station will be open throughout the event, allowing participants to influence the future of SAP Cloud ALM through hands-on feedback on three entirely new functionalities such as: the Customisable Dashboard Builder powered by SAP Joule, the Project Quality Dashboard and key aspects of the Application Lifecycle Management like object versioning in SAP Cloud ALM. If attendees are interested in participating, there is a registration process that has to be fulfilled to join these sessions. For more details, please refer to this document.
