AI Grounding is the process of connecting an AI system’s abstract knowledge and responses to specific, real-world data and context, reducing “hallucinations” and increasing the reliability and accuracy of its outputs.

Karsten Strothmann is lead product manager and evangelist for event-driven integration at SAP SE in Walldorf, Germany. With over 25 years of experience in the software industry, he has extensively focused on Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) and its implementation at the enterprise level.
Piyush Gakhar heads the cross product management & strategy for Integration solutions such as SAP Integration Suite, API Management, Event Mesh & SAP Process Orchestration.
