It’s been almost two months with Apple’s new AirPods Pro 3, and while most of my first impressions still hold up, there’s been one surprising development — some users are reporting a strange screeching/static noise, especially on flights.
In this video, I talk about what’s happening, why some people are experiencing it, and what you can do if your AirPods Pro 3 start acting up. I also cover what’s still great — sound quality, fit, ANC, battery life, and the new heart rate sensor.
I haven’t personally run into this screeching issue, but it’s something to keep an eye on if you travel a lot or use ANC frequently. Everything else? Still rock solid.
