2025 is on the last mile and I’m about to finalize my work for SAP Signavio Process Analysis and Mining (PA&M). Looking back to when I started it feels like thinking about “the good old times” and an “unexpected journey”, although it’s only 2.5 years ago. Since then we almost tripled the number of customers and for 3 years in a row we were leaders in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant.
Did I expect that? For sure not, but in hindsight I can share my learning and my personal cook book for enterprise software development success.
