New version 8.6 of the SAP Cryptographic Library with quantum-safe cryptography and FIPS 140-3 mode

The SAP Cryptographic Library provides cryptographic capabilities to several SAP products, most notably SAP S/4HANA and SAP HANA. When applications use the new version 8.6 of the library, they can benefit from a quantum-safe TLS 1.3 handshake, which prevents harvest-now-decrypt-later attacks. Alternatively, customers can enable the FIPS mode of the library, which is based on the recently FIPS 140-3 certified FIPS crypto kernel of the library.
