iPhone 17e debuts with A19 chipset and MagSafe charging

As expected, Apple’s week of product launches has begun, with the iPhone 17e arriving first. The latest affordable iPhone closely resembles last year’s 16e but introduces a few upgrades while retaining the same price tag.

For starters, the iPhone 17e is now powered by Apple’s A19 chip, albeit with a 4-core GPU. The device does, however, feature the latest C1X modem, which is claimed to deliver improved connectivity.

On the front, the phone continues to sport a 6.1-inch OLED screen with a 2532×1170 resolution, 60Hz refresh rate, and a notch for the Face ID system and selfie camera….
