Destination creation from BAS
Introduction : A destination in SAP BTP isa secure configuration object used to define connection details for outbound communication from BTP applications to remote services or systems, whether they are on-premise or cloud-based. They store essential technical information—such as URLs, authentication credentials, and proxy types—to enable seamless, secure integration.
Step1 : Open bas in btp
Step2:open BAS, then you can see sidebar at left in that click on three dots then you can see service center option
(service center in SAP system (that is connected to your trial account))
Step3:after clicking that you can see add system option
Step4: provide the details of system like(system name, description, url, system type, client, proxy type, user name, password )
Step5: click on add then you can see message like hana2026 has been created
Step6: come back to BTP subaccount and cross check the destination whether it is created or not
Conclusion : Here is the new way to create destination in Business technology platform through business application studio, using service center option in business application studio we can create destination from BTP also using destination option in sap BTP sub account,
