Start your day in the field with less admin and more confidence. In this demo, see what’s new in SAP Field Service Management 2602 for mobile teams, focused on AI enhancements, improved user experience, and workflow acceleration.
Technicians can now begin the day with AI-generated briefings that summarize what’s ahead: where they’re going, what they’ll be doing, and which materials and tools they’ll need. The result is a faster start, smoother execution, fewer delays, and stronger first-time fix rate, because techs are better prepared before they arrive on site.
You’ll also see how technicians can generate AI activity summaries for completed jobs. Instead of writing reports manually (and ending up with inconsistent detail from one person to the next), summaries can be created automatically, with the option to configure what’s included. That means faster closeout, more consistent documentation, and less time spent on admin.
To speed up everyday work even further, 2602 introduces a configurable quick action bar, putting the most-used actions a single click away. And for team leads, the app can now pre-filter technicians assigned to a job, reducing time spent searching long lists and helping updates happen faster.
