SAPUI5 flexibility for adapting standard SAP apps

Key user adaptation
Key user adaptation is built into SAP Fiori Launchpad / SAP Build Work Zone and is included commercially as part of the respective product. Outside these products, the same capabilities are available as a dedicated service, UI5 flexibility for key users, on SAP BTP, enabling key user adaptation for standalone apps, for example, for SAP partners building their own apps. The service is available via BTPEA, BTP Trial, and partner TD&D licenses. See details in the SAP Discovery Center.
What’s new?
Some time ago, we added the end user personalization capability to the UI5 flexibility for key users service. This allows also business users to easily change the UI of standard apps, helping them work more efficiently. This created confusion, as the service name UI5 flexibility for key users no longer reflects the full range of benefits. We therefore decided to rename the service:
“UI5 flexibility for key users” ➔ “UI flexibility service”
You will see the name being changed now across all SAP assets, e.g.:
Apart from the name, nothing changes in the scope or functionality of the UI flexibility service.
