This is where the push north finally ends, and the journey south begins.
The Lofoten Islands absolutely delivered. Some of the team tackled the famous Reinebringen hike, we spent time kayaking through unreal Arctic scenery, checked out the iconic fish racks, and soaked in what this place actually feels like beyond the photos.
Then came Nordkapp. The top of the map. Hitting it officially kicked off the Kapp to Cape route, which means from here on out we’re heading all the way south. Some of the team had been here before, but reaching it as part of this overland expedition felt different—it was a literal turning point for the journey.
Driving through Finland, we met up with an old friend, tried traditional Finnish food, and jumped straight into Finnish sauna culture. Everyone left refreshed and ready for a solid night’s sleep before continuing to the Baltics, where the team found themselves in their craziest adventure yet.
