​ Today I’m driving the new BMW M2 CS (G87) — 530 hp, 650 Nm twin-turbo S58, rear-wheel drive, and 30 kg lighter than the standard M2 — around the Nürburgring Nordschleife. This is the most hardcore M2 BMW has ever built, the car that took the compact class Nürburgring record with a 7:25.5, and it’s my first time behind the wheel. It didn’t take long to find out why they call it a wild animal — this thing almost bit me. Full onboard, my honest thoughts, and the data to back it up.
