What your dependency graph isn’t telling you

I loaded 108,504 nodes and 632,905 relationships into a local SQLite database to map how ready a SAP environment was for AI agents.

When I ran the graph integrity check and saw `edges_orphan = 0`, I’ll admit I felt a moment of relief. Zero orphans. It meant every target node referenced in the edge table existed in the node registry. The graph was mathematically perfect. Airtight.

It was also completely blind.
