One is a full music library platform wired to eleven external APIs — with a Jarvis-style voice HUD, a karaoke mode, and an AI assistant that knows which song you’re looking at and writes to your live database by voice command.
One is a global event management platform for SAP Developer Advocates: 74,000 lines, 992 commits, 12 days.
One automates the entire production pipeline for a weekly YouTube news show — from URL paste to stitched video, AI-generated script to published episode.
I’m a 27-year SAP veteran. I’d never written a line of SAPUI5. I didn’t believe any of this was possible six months ago.
This session is the honest story of what changed — not the hype version, but the version that includes the bugs, the wrong turns, and the moment I stopped thinking of myself as the person who writes the code and started thinking of myself as the person who decides what gets built. That shift — from developer to director — is the thing nobody warned me about. It’s also the most important thing that happened to my career in 27 years.
