SAP Lighthouse Program – Partner Use Cases adopting BTP GenAI Capabilities [Part 3]

Since 2023 the SAP office of the CTO has sponsored the SAP BTP Lighthouse Program with a mandate to  provide advanced access and hands-on support for BTP services with GenAI capabilities to partners and customers.

In the final part of this trilogy, I will highlight some of the amazing work that participating partners have created leveraging SAP BTP GenAI enabled services such as:

SAP Analytics Cloud Just ASK is a natural language query interface used to query data. Powered by artificial intelligence, Just Ask enables you to search your data easily and efficiently using business terms you are familiar with.

SAP Automation Pilot is primarily used to simplify and automate complex manual processes in order to minimize the operational effort behind any cloud solution in the SAP Business Technology Platform.

SAP Analytics Cloud Just ASK and SAP Automation Pilot were used by partners such as:

Sierra Digital to build solutions in Business Partner Onboarding, AP / AR Automation, Virtual Procurement Assistant, Plant Maintenance, Clean Core BTP Readiness Assessment etc. for customers such as NYS Housing & Community Renewal (NYSHCR), City of Houston and Energy Transfer Partners.
