Announcing General Availability of the Content Generation Assistant in SAP Automation Pilot!

We’re excited to announce that our Generative AI (GenAI) feature in SAP Automation Pilot has officially reached General Availability globally as of 20th September! 

This is a major milestone for our team and a significant step toward delivering cutting-edge functionality to our customers. It has been a long journey filled with challenges, but we’ve made it – and the future of automation looks brighter than ever.

What’s New for the Content Generation Assistant?

With the latest updates, the Content Generation Assistant now offers the ability to generate scheduled executions within SAP Automation Pilot with just a single prompt. The assistant automatically creates ready-to-use executions that are scheduled to run at specific times, streamlining your workflow and reducing manual effort. This new feature adds more flexibility and control, making operations more efficient and easier to manage.

Enabling Content Generation Assistant

Activate the feature for AI-based generation of commands, executors, inputs, and scheduled executions.

Prerequisites

To enable the Generative AI capabilities, you need to have the GenAI role in your subaccount. For more information, see Permissions and Roles.

Procedure

Follow the steps below to enable or disable the AI-based generation of commands, inputs, and executors.

1. From the sidebar navigation, choose Terms and Conditions.

2. Enable the Content Generation Assistant by switching on the toggle button.

3. Read and understand the terms and conditions for the usage of AI-based feature. Select the I have read and understood the terms and conditions checkbox at the bottom of the pop-up to provide your consent.

4. Choose Accept.

Result

The Content Generation Assistant is now enabled and you can generate AI-based commands, inputs, and scheduled executions.
