When using Focused Build in an operative enviroment, customers are getting Incidents occuring on the productive system. Some of them need an Urgent Fix using the Change Request and the Urgent Correction of the Fix Pace. But ist also may happen, that it is an unurgent fix or more a new requirement. So it would be usefull to create a Work Package from that incident and attach it to a requirement instead of using a Fix Pace Request of Change. This article explains how to customize that.
