MDG DQM Validation Rules – Access additional data model tables without ABAP coding

If you want to implement medium or complex validations it’s often necessary to involve data and attribute values from tables which are not available by direct access in the rule. In the past (BAdI/Coding approach) this was also called „cross entity“ and it caused enhanced coding and data model knowledge. In MDG Data Quality Management this is now very easy because the framework gives you the ability to access the data by using predefined procedure calls.
