In 2024 Tom Isted took on the opportunity of a lifetime. He rode the biggest, toughest, gnarliest, and most prestigious mountain bike event of the year; his first-ever Red Bull Rampage! But what does a regular day in the life look like for a pro mountain biker living in Cornwall, England? Blake Samson catches up with Ice-T to find out how he spends his days.
