The Rallon isn’t a new name in the Orbea catalogue, but it has transformed massively from its enduro roots. In fact, this is Orbea’s first full-blown downhill bike. Their project evolved through years of development with Martin Maes, beginning back at Fort William in 2022 when he slapped a dual-crown Fox 40 on the front of the outgoing Rallon. Maes then turned up to race select World Cups last season on a Wild, Orbea’s eMTB, with the motor and battery removed and a custom link providing 200mm of travel.
