Grant Allen is one of Australia’s early freeride legends, a paralympian and an adaptive cycling advocate.

An accident in 2011 changed his life, but that hasn’t stopped him from riding nor pushing the limits on a mountain bike. Adaptive mountain biking is not what it used to be, and with new bike technology, increased awareness of AMTB and the creation of other infrastructure and support programs, there is a growing contingent of riders who are absolutely shredding.

But what is an adaptive mountain bike, where can it go, and who is riding them? Come along as Grant takes us for a ride at Mystic Bike Park.
