What I love must about marketing is that I get to make people fall in love with brands.
I remember being on one of my first college classes, it was “Introduction to marketing or something like that, can’t quite remember. The point is that our teacher was just explaining what marketers job really is.
Her statement went as follows: “You know how doctors heal people, architects design buildings and houses? Well, us marketers, make people fall in love with brands”
Those words stuck in my head from that moment back in 2011. They made me love marketing from that moment on.
I get to work with amazing brands and people. I see how much effort and love people put into creating a brand, I get to help them not only get their brand (something they feel so proud of) out there but also help them grow their business. There is not a more rewarding feeling than seeing someone succeed through your help.
