Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group is a global leader in live entertainment. With over 4,000 employees, approximately 1,200 of them artists from about 80 countries, their shows are known for artistry, theatrics, live music, and breathtaking performances.
Cirque du Soleil processes over 70,000 invoices per year from vendors all over the world. The Accounts Payable department was overwhelmed with invoice inquiries asking, “What is the status of my invoice?”
To address this, Cirque du Soleil turned to SAP Business AI. The new AI-powered Invoice Assistant automates the review and response process for invoice-related emails.
