â UXPowerUP is the SAP Academy for Engineeringâs signature program for Designers, created in partnership with SAP Design.
This 1.5-month hybrid learning experience brought together 55 participants from 7 countries, combining four weeks of virtual learning with an immersive ten-day in-person capstone at the SAP Academy for Engineering in San Ramon.
The program is focused on upskilling SAPâs designers to be future leaders, empowering them to drive impact across product teams at the intersection of design, business, and the humanities. It nurtures creativity, craft, and leadership while keeping business impact at the coreâthrough curated workshops and sessions by SAPâs design leaders, customer-led UX challenges, and exclusive talks by thought leaders from diverse fields.
